Today in Language Class...

It's impossible to learn a language without learning the context the language applies to (Imagine learning the basics of Spanish but only hearing a description of an "enchilada" or "salsa"...ya just miss out).

So today we learned, "jeruk" which basically means (I think) "pickled" or, "to pickle"...

I was just thinking the other day that it's been a while since you posted a "language video"... and I was wondering if I'd ever post one. These days I've given up on language and am just trying to pack.

So curious as to whether Anthony ate the pickled garlic too so you'd smell the same the next day. ;) And believe it or not, the other night we were having dinner with my grandparents and my grandfather was eating pickled garlic!!! My father-in-law's family eats it too! I wonder if it's pickled the same way as yours?
